Dr. Bongi Ngema-Zuma in benefit with the Bongi Ngema-Zuma Foundation on Saturday 18th August 2018 hosted the 6th Annual Hats, Heels and Bows High Tea. Which continued on its special theme “Men and Women Come Together” to say No the violence against women and children.
On this woman’s month, the foundation’s Patron Dr. Ngema-Zuma invited special guests that will share thoughts on possible interventions to the challenges we face as a country when it comes gender based violence; in hopes to find methods that both men and women can deliberate and take action towards solving this scourge.
The BNZ Foundation invited men and women to the fundraising High Tea to help support the non-profit organization to continue its work that specializes in Diabetes support and awareness creation as well as community interventions. Proceeds will be used towards the foundation’s diabetes awareness, education and empowerment initiatives.
Dr Bongi Ngema-Zuma is the Patron and Founder of the Bongi Ngema-Zuma Foundation; a non profit organization established in 2010 with the vision to create a South Africa where diabetes ceases to be a killer due to lack of awareness. This is achieved through reaching out to various communities and em-powering South Africans to take control of their health, including critically, diabetes. Madam Ngema-Zuma is a IDF (International Diabetes Federation) Global Parliamentarian.
